Though the first annual UBU100 Golf has concluded, many are still buzzing about the great time they had. With a record turnout at Kings Mill Plantation Course, the hundreds who were in attendance were highly impressed and have already started registering for next year’s golf tournament.

Former head track and field coach of the U.S. Olympic Team, George Williams, was a participant at the first annual event and gave his sentiment. Coach Williams said, “I’ve never Seen the sport of golf reach so many in the black community. The UBU100 family produced an unforgettable experience for all in attendance. I’m glad to have shared stories with the younger generation of my achievements to inspire them in their future. I look forward to next year’s even and meeting even more people. Job well done!”.
